Our platform is co-located in multiple resilient datacentres based within the UK to ensure maximum levels of security and reliability.

Providing your current connectivity meets the minimum requirements then there will be no trouble using your existing connection. This can be particularly useful if you find yourself tied into a long-term contract. However, where we also manage the internet connectivity we can also offer higher levels of support.

Unlike more traditional, on-premise telephone systems, our Hosted Telephone System has Disaster Recovery solutions built in. If your internet connection fails we can easily route the calls to another extension or device such as a mobile. This can also be configured to happen automatically, resulting in very minimal service disruption.

Yes you can. Our platform supports many endpoint choices sucha and PC Soft clients and mobile apps.

In most cases you can simply transfer or ‘port’ your existing number to us and use it with your new telephone system. In a small number of cases it won’t be possible to transfer the number to us but we can always find a way to avoid any missed calls or service disruption.
